Who Qualifies?

Ventura County residents under the care of local physicians are eligible to receive Livingston Memorial Visiting Nurse Association’s home health services when their medical condition indicates a need. Home Health Services can only be provided under the direct orders of a physician. If the patient’s health status requires the services of a licensed nurse or licensed therapist then the treatment must be ordered by the patient’s physician. Livingston Memorial Visiting Nurse Association can help arrange this referral for a patient.

LMVNA is certified to provide services under Medicare and Medi-Cal, and licensed by the State of California. Livingston Memorial Visiting Nurse Association does not discriminate by age, race, gender, diagnosis, socioeconomic status, religion, or any other classification.
